December has arrived and it's the perfect month to nurture daily gratitude.
You might recall, I mentioned this in the last newsletter (available here). Experimenting with this during my Birthday Month changed everything, both personally and professionally.
That's why I've decided to delve deeper into this topic and to propose you to take part to this challenge of daily gratitude, because benefits are underrated and incredibly transformative, unlike any legal pill can ever provide!

Picture this for a moment:
those fleeting instances of joy, of acknowledgment,
those seemingly trivial moments that actually make your day:
the smell of a freshly baked croissant passing by a bakery
(you don't have to eat it to feel happy!)
the taste of a cacao or coffee
an unexpected ray of sunshine
someone holding the door
offering their seat on the bus
another one saying thank you...
these shouldn't be overlooked, instead, they should bring a smile because they hold extraordinary power over our overall wellness.
It's not just me saying this, it's backed by brain imaging.

Plus, studies prove the power of gratitude: it enhances physical and mental health, increases happiness, productivity, and resilience.

How to do it?
Each day, recognize and jot down in a notebook three to ten or more moments or smiles that brightened your day. Whether it's a kind word from a colleague, a simple act of kindness, a clear sky or a ladybug on your hand, noting these sparks of positivity amplifies their effects. This practice is free, accessible to all.

Why?
Reliving these positive moments not only brings smiles but also sends positive signals to your brain. It's like an elixir for mental, social, and physical health, working as a buffer against aging. Give it a try for a month, and witness the magic unfold!

So together, let's set sail for a month filled with gratitude and positivity. This energy is bound to radiate around each and every one of us.
